By booking a charter with Lehan Fishing Charters, you agree to these terms. These terms govern all inshore, nearshore, and deep sea fishing charter services.

All trip quotes are valid for 30 days. Charters are subject to weather and sea conditions. Safety is our top priority — if conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule at no additional charge.

Payment terms are provided at booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as agreed. A deposit may be required to secure your date.

We require 7-day notice for cancellations to receive a full refund. Weather-related cancellations made by the captain are always rescheduled at no charge.

All anglers must hold valid Florida fishing licenses unless covered by our charter license where applicable. We provide required permits for charter operations.

Catch regulations follow Florida state law. Some species are catch-and-release only. Our captains ensure all fishing is legal and will advise on size and bag limits.

Lehan Fishing Charters carries appropriate insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. Participants assume normal risks associated with boating and fishing.
